This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the YASIGU website or contact us.
Who is responsible
YASIGU is a prelaunch project operated by Guy Ronen, based in Poland, who is the data controller. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@yasigu.com.
When you contact us
When you email us or use our contact form, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and your message. We use these to respond and manage the enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact YASIGU. Where an enquiry concerns a potential purchase, we may also process it to take steps you request before a contract.
Providing information is optional, but we need an email address to reply. The contact form asks for your email and message; your name is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
We use FormSubmit to deliver contact-form messages to hello@yasigu.com. When you send the form, your details are submitted directly to FormSubmit and you leave this website to complete their spam check, which may use Google reCAPTCHA. FormSubmit’s documentation says that submissions are retained for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy information, their documentation, and Google’s privacy policy. You can also contact us directly by email.
Our email service is provided by Hostinger Mail. Form submissions and later correspondence are received in our mailbox; FormSubmit’s 30-day archive period does not automatically delete those email copies. See Hostinger’s privacy information.
This website has no newsletter sign-up, customer accounts or checkout. It has no application database for contact messages; the form sends them directly to FormSubmit for delivery by email.
Website hosting and cookies
The website is hosted directly on Cloudflare Workers. To deliver and protect it, providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request times. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website.
We have not added cookies in the website’s own code. Cloudflare may use cookies for security features; see Cloudflare’s cookie information and privacy policy.
We have not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics, or social media embeds. Fonts and product images are served from this website. The Instagram icon is a link to Instagram, not an embedded feed.
Sending the contact form takes you to FormSubmit’s website for its spam check, which may use Google reCAPTCHA and cookies. That external service has its own privacy and cookie information, linked above. You can contact us directly by email instead. Browser settings let you control cookies; blocking security cookies may affect access.
Browser tracking preferences
This website’s own code does not change its behaviour in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. We have not added tools that follow visitors across third-party websites for advertising. The hosting and contact-service providers process technical information as described above and in their privacy information.
Providers and international processing
Information is handled by Cloudflare for hosting and security, FormSubmit for contact-form delivery, and Hostinger Mail for email correspondence. Google may be involved in the external spam check. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Hosting data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare publishes a Data Processing Addendum describing its processing and transfer safeguards. Hostinger also publishes a data processing addendum covering email services. These hosting and email documents do not cover the separate FormSubmit service. Contact us for information about recipients and applicable safeguards.
How long information is kept
We keep correspondence only while it is needed to resolve the enquiry, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. Technical data is kept as needed for hosting, security, and applicable legal requirements under the hosting provider’s arrangements.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights apply subject to their legal conditions. Email hello@yasigu.com to make a request.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Poland’s Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
We will update this notice when our website or data practices change.
