Website terms

Last updated:

These terms explain how to use the YASIGU prelaunch website and its free contact form.

Who operates this website

YASIGU is a prelaunch project operated by Guy Ronen, based in Poland. For website questions, enquiries or complaints, email hello@yasigu.com.

What the website provides

The website provides information about YASIGU and a free way to send an enquiry. There are no customer accounts, online orders, payments or newsletter subscriptions on this website.

The camera sling shown is in development. Images labelled “Concept render” illustrate the concept; they are not photographs of a finished production sample. Product information on this website is not an offer to sell a finished product.

Using the website and contact form

You need an internet connection and a web browser. To send an enquiry, enter an email address and message; your name is optional. Select “Send message” to continue to FormSubmit’s website for spam protection and delivery. A working email address is needed if you would like a reply.

Using the form means using the contact service described in these terms. You can stop before sending by leaving the page. After sending, you can contact us by email to follow up or make a privacy request; leaving the page does not recall an already-sent message.

Do not use the form for spam or unlawful content. Please send only information needed for your enquiry, and do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.

Your information and external services

The form sends your details directly to FormSubmit for delivery to our Hostinger Mail inbox at hello@yasigu.com. Its external spam check may use Google reCAPTCHA. You can use email instead if you cannot complete that process. Our privacy notice explains the data involved, purposes, providers and your rights.

The Instagram link opens a separate website. External services have their own terms and privacy information.

Problems and complaints

If the website or contact form does not work as expected, email hello@yasigu.com. Describe the page, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. Include a reply address if needed. You can also read our accessibility information for another way to report a barrier.

Your legal rights

These terms cover the website and contact service. They do not exclude or limit rights that applicable law gives you, including your data-protection rights.
